I'm really looking forward to meeting everyone at our fall meeting. It's a chance to talk about our neighborhood, 50321, and any questions we have regarding both present and future will be addressed. We'll have some very informed speakers, please attend. The survey part of our newsletter had a very good return this summer. Many great plans were expressed with some very unique ideas. One plan included, Park Ave. being lined with a basic tree canopy on both sides from Fleur Drive to SW 42nd. I immediately thought of tree lined, Thompson Ave. on the east side. It does look great. The point is, any idea that enhances our neighborhood, helps us all. Keep them coming. I see some of our "For Sale"homes are finally starting to sell. We welcome our new neighbors and look forward to your involvement. They will soon realize they have moved into a community filled with South Side pride. Fall is here. The colors are starting to change around our water areas of Grays Lake and Waterworks. The activities are up in both places, make sure you get out and enjoy some of it. Watch out for deer.
